I want to be happy, and make others happy. Despite how simple that idea seems, I feel like I’m not at the point where I can have that yet, for a number of reasons. I’ve upset some people lately who I care about, and I’m not particularly overjoyed with my life at this point or how I live it, save for a few important facets that I wouldn’t change for the world. But that’s what I want. I want to be able to look back on my hopefully long, fulfilling life, and say “I’m not saddened that this has all come to pass.” I want to have impacted others positively and I want to have been good to myself.
