Michael Clifford has always been known to date girls. No matter what, he would never like a guy. That was until he dated someone who was biologically born a girl and came out as Transgender ftm to him after a few months of dating.

Just a little something that popped into my head while I was looking at Michaelās Coachella story. I donāt know why it inspired me to write this because this has nothing to do with Michael being at Coachella but it is what it is.

āIām transgender.ā Was the first thing Michael heard out of his girlfriends, boyfriends, partners, whatever this person was to him now, mouth when he walked inside the home of their shared house after being away on tour with the band. He was shocked and confused and just stood there, frozen, not knowing what to say.
āIā¦ā Was the only thing he managed to get out and he could tell that the person he loved standing in front of him was about to burst into tears. He wasnāt mad, far from it, but it seemed like they thought he was. Michaelās face contorted into a frown as he pulled them into his chest.
āIām not mad at allā¦ Itāsā¦ Surprisingā¦ I wasnāt expecting that right as I get home. Iām not into guys, but, Iām into you. I love you so much and I never want it to seem like Iām upset over you telling me something so serious. Iāll help you through your transition, I just need a few minutes to process this because I donāt know if Iām ready to be in a relationship with a guy yet.ā He said, softly, hoping theyād understand, as he rocked them back and forth gently.
They nodded, sniffling, and pulled away. āI didnāt know how else to tell you. I couldnāt tell you over the phone and I wasnāt ready to come out to you before you left. It just didnāt feel right to tell you on facetime either because you were miles away. Telling you as soon as you got home seemed like the best choice to me. Even if you donāt love me, please donāt leave me..ā They barely managed out without having tears stream down their face.
Michael sighed, shaking his head. āYou must be crazy if you think Iām about to leave you.ā
Not that long because I havenāt really written anything in awhile but when I start writing more, the imagines will get longer. I do write blurbs too so if you want to send those in, feel free to!
