Ok ladies, this is a great exercise for glutes, core and lower back.
Start by laying upside down on the 45 Degree Hyperextension. Place your hands on the foot pedals to measure, then adjust the height of the machine to where the back pads sit comfortably under your hip bones.
Holding on to the foot pedals for balance, use your core to life your legs and high as possible, keeping your butt and lower back engaged. Spread you legs a foot or so apart to challenge you core further.

Ankle weights are an option for the advanced.
Work for it!
