Today was a long ass day. Ryan ended up saying home from work which we all really needed. We spent the early afternoon at the park, where I got to run just under 2 miles while Ryan hung out with the kids. (& did his best to give me a heart attack when I came back and saw he was “teaching Atla to climb trees.”) I haven’t ran in quite awhile. I felt like I was going to die. But I prefer it so much over the stationary bike I usually use at home.

70kg. 

At least I have dropped in weight with 4kg. But this is a nice even number to start with on this tumblr, right? 

To be honest, I don’t really care about what I weigh, but I do care when I know it’s only fat I’ve gained. I’ll stop caring again when I’ve lost like at least 10kg. 

Either way, my focus isn’t fast weightloss or muscle gain. I’ll be working slowly to be able to keep up mentally as well. I struggle with certain issues, so I’ll just keep a slow pace.
