This was a fun little escape. Some of the action is memorable and fun and Vincent Zhao and Yang Mi carry this movie amply well through and through with actors Dennis To and Louis Fan and #CJ7 actress Xu Jiao co-starring. Story revolves around two thieves who fatefully meet at a hidden martial arts tournament atop a mountain temple to retrieve rare artifacts, thus ensuing a series of twists that ultimately pit them against a monk eager to reach godhood. Principally, if a film starring the unjustly underrated star of films like #TheBlacksheepAffair and #FistPower is what you're looking for, Patrick Leung's #WuDang serves you well in your fandom. Rent it if you like, though if you have some money to spend, I suppose it's a worthy buy.
