As a welcome gift they have sent me a bottle with bread mix (Thank you! That was a little bit unexpected!). To welcome the new year, I baked the bread today. Added a handful of sunflower and punkin seeds. I am fascinated by how the yeast dough first puffs up and then becomes smaller again. Now the bread is cooling down.
