Ups and downs. Sobriety has been a nice blessing. Although I have been up and down with staying on the wagon I still walk in Faith. We ultimately have control over everything that happens to us, well how we react actually. Life has shown me what can really be accomplished in one year of focusing energy positively, taking care of my body, and mind. Being compassionate of self when things don't go as planned. This is my first and last blog post of 2017. May we all practice more compassion, and stay focusing on becoming the better version of ourselves. For our kids sake, for our sake and the worlds.
