Each time I paint more space wolves, I remind myself how fucking sick the paint scheme looks. The Wolf Guard Terminators wear the weathered grimdark look very well.

Be aware

Skalagrim was a Wolf Guard Headtaker that took the name a bit too literally. In life, he would take the skulls of those he felled in combat as trophies. A habit he continues in death with his chasis adorned in skulls, and a fresh one ripped from the eldar in front of him.

Ah, late night on the SunTrekker. Captain Cade Thasar here is pulling a late shift on the bridge reviewing the ship’s system diagnostics to ensure things are running smoothly (for once), though forgive his lack of excitement. Being exiled from his home planet of Lycara and running a cargo ship across the galaxy for a decade can dull the interstellar journey somewhat. However, Cade is still a diligent man, compassionate for his crew, given their disparate origins and circumstances. The ship may be a place of work but in a sense it’s also become some a home, and Cade works hard to keep the lights on for all of them.

Ah, a jam session with the boys, co-pilot Norman Kane and translator/marketing assistant Rob Mauka of the SunTrekker. It gets somewhat dull around the ship sometimes, during long-haul jumps between systems, so the guys spend their time plucking away on their guitar and grakkal, playing everything from 200 year-old Yacht Rock to Moxtcha Street Core. They may be considered the “clowns” of the ship by the other crew and have dorky taste in music, but Norm and Rob are a spirited and earnest young duo who bring heart to the crew, reminding them there’s time to unwind in their journeys across the galaxy
