Doing little google street view "tours" is a fun hobby of mine from time to time. It's neat way of seeing the world and looking at a bunch of places I may never be able to go. A couple weeks ago I decided to try drawing from it, too! This was from somewhere in the desert mountains of southern California, don't recall exactly where.

Early sketches of a character I began drawing back in April, named The Antlion, one individual of a "species" of beings that's so far defied classification. Whether they are organic or constructs, or perhaps a mix of both, remains unknown, and many factors make researching them difficult at best.
