[START ID: A flag with 7 horizontal stripes. The middlemost stripe is very thin while the outer 6 stripes are around 5 times taller than the middlemost stripe. From the outermost pair of stripes innermost stripe, the colors are a bright blue-purple, dull purple, lavender, and pale purple. In the center of the flag there is a circle the same color as the innermost stripe that is just smaller than the stripes flanking the innermost stripe.
