Jay/Nikki - they keep things subtle and lowkey. I don't think either of them really buy into Valentine's Day, so they just spend the day together, watch their favourite movies and Ellie's at school/with the sitter so they have the place to themselves

Connor/Dylan - they cook breakfast together, Connor buys her flowers and in the evening they find a fairground and go for a few hours. They go on the rides together and play those games to win stuffed animals for one another and fill up on fair food

Andi/Kelly - Flowers for Andi, breakfast for Kelly. They take the day off so they can spend it together at the cabin and be uninterrupted. Evening time they go out for a nice dinner and a walk along the waterfront

Jade/Adam - Jade doesn't buy into Valentine's Day but Adam does so he tries to find a balance where he can show her the perks to the day whilst also not pushing his luck. Maybe gets her a small desk trinket and they go for lunch/coffee instead of a big, grandiose celebration. Baby steps, yk?

Will/TJ - This is assuming Baby hasn't been born yet, or its just after, but they'd keep it low maintenance and easy-going. He'd definitely send flowers and a box of chocolates to 51 to surprise her and then bring by lunch for the two of them. They have a cosy night in together :)

Kelly/Andi - I feel like her family has like a mother's day lunch or dinner at her parent's place, with cards and flowers etc and when they have Sophia and Ben, Andi gets breakfast in bed, a team effort from all 3 of them 😂

Jay/Nikki - it's a mommy-daughter day for her and Ellie, no matter what day of the week it falls on. They just spend the day together, making fun memories. Jay 1000% buys her flowers and makes her feel special and recognised for all the work she's put in for Ellie. Handmade gifts and cards from Ellie and Patrick without a doubt. Nikki is also definitely a shoulder to lean on since Jay's mother is no longer around.

Connor/Dylan - before kids, it's a sensitive day, since they both lost their moms so young and so tragically. They take the time off together, go for a walk or watch a movie, keep it simple but distracting enough if that makes sense. With David and Kat (who bring home craft projects they made at school) she gets a breakfast in bed (made by the kids, surprisingly successfully) and Connor surprises her with a necklace/flowers/dinner combo 👌🏻

Jade/Adam - it takes a while for Jade to be less bitter on mother's day (everyone knows to give her a bit more space than usual) but Tori makes her a scrapbook of pictures, ticket stubs etc from the year and makes it a sort of tradition. As/when/if they decide to have kids, it becomes a (positively) overwhelming day that eventually gets easier to accept and celebrate. Adam definitely thinks she deserves more recognition as a guardian/parental figure but learns not to push too much

Bailey/Matt - Bailey always visits home for mother's day no matter what. Her older siblings try to if they can, otherwise they'll send flowers and cards. She definitely also sends a card/message to Addison, since she helped shape her too. Matt never really bothered since his mom was incarcerated but has definitely babysat Violet whilst her parents are out for a nice dinner. Together, once they have kids, they make their own traditions and spend the day together (if possible) baking, crafting or just relaxing and watching TV together.

"Have you ever killed anyone?" Jade sighed and readjusted her grip on the camera, using the steering wheel to keep it steady.

"Two people," she admitted quietly.

"How many raids have you been on?"

"A lot." Her bluntness seemed to pass over Adam's head as they lay in wait to catch their suspect in action.

"Do your family know -"

"Oh, my God, Ruzek! Please stop asking questions. It's like you were put on this earth to give me a headache..." she snapped suddenly, camera still resting on the steering wheel. There was a tense moment before Adam retreated with an apologetic expression.

"Sorry, my bad... I just wanna know who I'm working with."

"This could be going better..." Jade sighed as she adjusted her neckline to show off more skin, if that was even possible.

"What are you talking about? It's going great." Adam shifted to stand on the other side of her, an arm out against the wall near her head, looming over her.

"If we get made -"

"Relax, we're not." She turned her head to the side and saw a suspicious-looking figure getting closer.

"You're about to eat your words, Ruzek. Nine o'clock..." Jade whispered and tipped her chin up, looking at him through false lashes.

Kelly - Andi can be hotheaded

Andi - Kelly let's his pride get the better of him

Jay - Nikki is stubborn

Nikki - Jay is stubborn 😂

Dylan - Connor values other people's opinions of himself a little too much

Connor - Dylan gets overinvested in her work and neglects to take care of herself

Jade - Adam gets ahead of himself, leaping before he looks, so to speak

Adam - Jade doesn't allow for emotional vulnerability

Bailey - Matt let's his work get in the way

Matt - Bailey gets overly attached to each case she works so it only ends badly when they don't make it

Tyler - Will takes himself too seriously, comes off as uptight

"Hey - Hey! Absolutely not!" Adam tried to step in front of Jade to stop her from stepping out of their hiding place. She ducked under his arm so he turned and grabbed her around the waist.

"Finn, listen to me!" He tried not to shout and give away their position as they grappled in the humid Summer air.

"We have gotta do something before they kill my C.I! Adam, let me go!" With no other choice, Adam managed to put Jade over his shoulder before she could reach the door.

She kicked and thrashed and fought to be let go, only for Adam to keep walking until they got back to the surveillance vehicle. Even as she was put back into her seat, Jade refused to look at Adam.
