I keep getting distracted biting my nails. I inherited this issue from my dad, and he inherited it from his dad. It's basically a habit passed down through the generations.
I don't drink or smoke or nothing, but I compulsively bite my nails. They are a disaster zone. They occasionally bleed. But not often enough to be concerning. I never bite low enough to get me in hospital or nothing. I'm not that addicted. But I can't help biting. It's probably like an oral fixation or something for me. But it could be worse. To cope with my weakness, I use bandages compulsively. But that doesn't often affect me, so I'm okay.
I'm sweating really badly. I'm laying down, and my back is covered in layers of sweat. I keep my hands bunched up, so now my hands are sweaty. And I keep getting distracted either writing notes or biting my fingernails. I'm doing nothing much else.

Saw my nails growing like crazy after making dietary changes, so I decided to let them grow to see how long they would get. Well yesterday, I finally broke my nail, and I knew I would break it in some dumb fashion.
Anyway, here is my nail I grew for ~2 months...

I bite at my fingernails constantly. It's a problem I inherited from my dad, and one my dad inherited from his dad. You'd hate to see my nails, they're all horrible.
My fingernails looking horrible isn't the only problem, though. My fingers also hurt constantly, largely because I bite until everything is sore. So now my two index fingers really hurt, and that's making it kind of hard to type.
I constantly have bandages on my fingers. My fingers are constantly bandaged, because I'm always in pain there. I wish I didn't bite my fingernails like I do, but I really can't help it. It's an uncomfortable urge.
