                    IT’S   not  the  boy  himself  that  interests  gavroche  ,     but  rather  the  thing  hanging  by  his  side.     a  lightsaber  ,     a  weapon  making  this  boy  as  someone  to  not  be  messed  with  ,     a  weapon  marking  this  boy  as  something  more.     and  yet  gavroche  wanted  it  ,     so  gavroche  would  have  it.     he  was  a  good  pickpocket  ,     quick  and  without  fear  ,     even  those  who  marked  themselves  among  the  most  dangerous  criminals  losing  wallets  or  more  to  his  nimble  fingers.     but  this  was  another  thing  entirely  ,     though  he  approaches  the  situation  as  he  has  so  many  times  before  ,     brushing  past  ,     fingers  wrapping  around  the  hilt  of  the  weapon  ,     muscles  tensed  to  run  before  the  item  is  even  taken  from  the  boy’s  side.
