Because what's better than shoving a dusty brick shaped movie that has faded and had snowy black lines run across the screen every now and then and has nothing but singing, to which I know every single word, into a giant VCR player and sit in the dark and crying when its sad and laughing when there is a joke I now understand and clenching a pillow when things get scary and intense even though I know every scene. What's better than getting lost to old Disney movies. I'll tell you, nothing. Absolutely nothing, because as soon as you shut the lights off and the movie stops rewinding and you bundle yourself in a blanket, you enter the kingdom if childhood where you're okay again. Nothing can hurt you. You're back. To your kingdom in the land of Childs play. And you're not numb, you're not hurt, you're here. In pure bliss.
