This might just be Gabi's daughter.

There is a bird emblem on their shirts.

And to be fair, children in SnK *Always* have faces of their mothers.

Gabi is the only character besides Eren who has those distinct Eyebrows.

Gabi and Falco will be the first generation of parents who will not be indoctrinating their children anymore hence why Falco will be the one who will tell his child "You are free".

Weather Falco will be the last inheritor of the Attack titan is still unclear though, but there are small hints that he might.

It might be that the dream he had of flying was actually Eren's memory.

It could also he that Eren didn't decide to speak to Falco by accident. He Saw him from the perspective of a bird.

Falco also is the Only one capable of Crushing the warhammer crystal now.

I wonder if he is in fact the last successor of the AT and maybe he will learn Eren's POV.

Yes thank you kind tag reader!   I don’t know if you’ve seen the trend of people spotting  parallels and putting them together as convincing proof of whatever it is they are trying to prove but I’ve been seeing this a lot recently so I decided to do my own and present the most definitive proof that Traute Craven and Erwin Smith are clearly a couple and the final panel is their baby. I did my proof as a graphic because on Reddit especially that is how you make these thing extra super convincing.

The theory that it’s Jean and Mikasa’s baby in the final panel isn’t new and it’s hardly a crapshoot. Mikasa is the only character in the series who’s expressed interest in having a family. It’s for that reason that my wish has long been that the child in the final panel be hers. 

My feelings about a possible Jeankasa endgame haven’t changed either. I’ve always liked it. I’ve always considered it possible. My sole criteria for Mikasa is that she love the person she’s with, and whomever that person is would need to be respectful of the place Eren has had in her life. Mikasa only has eyes for Eren at this point but if that were to ever change, I think Jean would be great.

I think since Mikasa is someone who has long been connected to family and has most desired that sort of life, it would be nice if she’s the one who ends up with a child at the end of the story.

I’d like for it to be hers for those reasons alone, but there’s been no indication at all of that aside from it making some narrative sense for her character.

I asked @yaboylevi for clarification on how the final panel was presented. We don’t know but my feeling is that the panel was drawn as an impression of how Isayama could see the series ending. My thought is maybe it was not the definitive final panel but rather it was an idea, a part of a larger discussion. 

He drew a father holding a child with the word bubble “you are free”. Who it is, I won’t hazard to guess, but the panel fits the message we are saw in chapter 111
