#final doomer

It's not exactly what you described, but it's pretty close! Making a per-level randomizer would be pretty tricky. If you want to make a patch for Final Doomer that lets you just have ALL the weapons, I'd be fine with you releasing it.

This update adds 3 new classes based on Hellbound, Alien Vendetta and Whitemare!

Old concept for a bio-mechanical shotgun. Might revisit this concept for a later Final Doomer set if I can find a fitting level set.

Doomguy lookin for that stolen particle accelerator. Plutonia is one of my favorite iwads, it may have some bullshit chaingunner placement but map29 makes it all worthwhile :D

I must also mention that I played through this entirely with the JPCP weaponset in Final Doomer. The katana in particular is a load of fun when you upgrade it and have a berserk pack active at the same time, but all the weapons were interesting to use in general.
