Dear Mr. Brody,

One of our associates found something hidden within the image, and deciphered it as quickly as possible. It read, “Cocking Lime Works Factory,” referring to the abandoned factory and chalk quarry roughly an hour away from here. It was abandoned in the late 90s and nothing of great note seemed to happen there since the death of William Marshall in 1833.

We’ll be personally investigating the location as soon as we have the chance.

Does this place have any importance to you?

Regarding this case being a kidnapping, that much is quite clear. However,  we can personally meet with you, if necessary. We understand your concerns about sharing certain information over email.
