I have a monster in my head, a monster that started small and became bigger with time. It grew in size by the extreme things I experienced throughout my entire life. What this monster does? It has a hold of " on switch" I am always on, 100% cautious and prepared to conquer the next ' attack' it what way, shape or form it may occur. Day or night, the monster in my head doesn't care about that. Time for a #personalupdate the past weeks have been intense. I talked to several people and they all say there is a 95% chance I suffer from #ptsd. Hell I got a post traumatic stress disorder and I might as well own it. I also took active steps into making changes. To clear my head I decided to join a gym. In 3 weeks I have the first appointment with some #mentalhealth expert lady we shall see what the future holds.. Can I get prayers for my hubby. The past week has been Really emotional for him. Tonight he had a pretty bad panic attack. It lasted a few hours while he was at work and another one when he got home. This past year has been really bad for his PTSD. He is going back to the Dr hopefully tomorrow. I rubbed his back and head after a hot bath to get his anxiety down. Hopefully he can get some rest tonight. Please lift him up? 4 tours overseas, losing his dad unexpectedly, and his brother committing suicide has really had an impact.
