To Ace and Keiwa, they would still consider their past parents as their parents still.
As much as Mitsume's subconscious would've still tried to reach out towards the respective mothers who would give birth to her twins every time they're reborn, they would still be of separate existence. In a way those mothers were like surrogate mothers to her twins. But aside from Mitsume, those twins wouldn't know that yet still subconsciously sense that a part of Mitsume was inside their mothers.
soooo i just read re-start... can i ask... What is Sara's relation to Keisuke now??? How does Sara relate to Mitsume??? Considering Sara is Keiwa's sister in a previous life???
Sara no longer had any relationship with Keisuke since technically they're not related by blood ties anymore. But since Keisuke recovered Keiwa's (and his other subsequent other incarnation's) memories, he should still want to keep that past connection still. Mitsume would consider Sara a very distant Greater-great-great-(Γn)grandniece since she was born as Keiwa's older sister π
