My fiber binge is officially over :)
in the span of four days I’ve managed to eat all of the following
6 packs of Konjac noodles
5 fiber one oats and chocolate strawberry chewy bars - 45g fiber
15 fiber one oats and chocolate chewy bars - 135g fiber
5 Atkins double fudge brownie bars - 50g fiber
12 fiber one brownies chocolate chip cookie - 84 g of fiber
just this alone makes 314g of fiber eaten, this isn’t counting the multiple cans of beans I ate (cooked them with the Konjac)(literally 100s more g of fiber)
I literally ate over 5 times the recommended amount daily (╥_╥)
So it’s no surprise I swelled up like a greedy little tick
I swear, I look like I got knocked the freak up (╥﹏╥). Anyways, in the span of like 4 days I definitely ate wayyyyyy over the recommend amount of fiber for an adult. So I literally just have a buildup of fiber sitting in my swollen little belly :3
