Rehearsal was going... well, Roderich didnât want to say it was going poorly, for it wasnât, but smoothly certainly wasnât the right descriptive, either. He supposed, for a rehearsal with Lorenzo, it was going as smoothly as it possibly could go. Antonio luckily wasnât present for that dayâs practice, so admittedly, things could be worse.Â
But, as much as he hated to admit it, any bumps in the road were entirely Roderichâs fault this time. His hands were shaking, causing him to mess up his cues, his mind foggy.Â
Theyâd already stopped many times, but once again, Roderich halted at the piano, the music coming to an abrupt end as a wave of dizziness washing over him. Coughing into his sleeve, he grimaced, waiting till he caught his breath to speak. âI-- I apologize. This must be frustrating for you.â
