70% human DNA

Darker colour than normal human blood.
Found an increased concentration in unknown matters. Unknown matters are not the same as that found in the hair of the subject.
Other notes:
Subject did not flinch at the sight of needles, or make any sound during the blood draw. Unusual, but nothing concerning.
Subject did not recognize agents it had met previously. A good sign.
Subjectâs fine motor skills and memory of embroidery skills are unchanged.

[Subject Fia ingested several poisonous substances over the course of 20 hours of testing. An excerpt of notes and observations are detailed below.]
Excerpt of ingested poisons list:
Cyanide
Arsenic
Belladonna
Water hemlock
Oleander
Sacred Datura
Rosary pea
Foxglove
Jimsonweed
âŠ
For a more detailed list, please contact Dr. ââââââ.
Unclear how effective ingested toxins would be, as the subject could not ingest most of it (heightened gag reflex?).
Experienced milder versions of symptoms, including spasms, breathing difficulties, heart palpitations, rashes, hallucinations, vomiting, coughing up blood (internal bleeding) extremely dilated pupils, etcâŠ
Reported hallucinations include, quote âtwisting stringsâ, âthe walls tearing apartâ, âcolours twisting and shiftingâ, and âdecaying woodâ, among others. Some of these hallucinations were found to have existed before testing, while others were likely caused by the ingestion of these toxins.
When given the time to recover, it was found that its body was detoxifying the ingested poisons. Though small quantities still remained, the majority of toxins that were ingested were broken down and detoxified by the subjectâs body. It still suffered the effects of the toxins though, though at a lesser degree.
The subject is currently unconscious with irregular breathing, a weak pulse, and unable to speak. Testing has ended for today to allow it time to recover.
[End report.]
[DMS Video Log 8]
[Timestamp: 9:18PM, 10/7/2026]
Fia laid on the floor of her cell, where she hasnât moved from all day. She didnât appear to be breathing. There was something distinctly off about her skin, though from this high up, it was difficult to discern what exactly while she was lying down so far away. Her sewing box sat by her side, closed and waiting.
15 minutes elapse before anything actually happens.
A twitch. Another. Slowly, painfully, Fia pushes herself up from the ground, muscles spasming as if still stuck with electrodes. Confused, she looks around, pats herself up and down as if confirming sheâs really alive.
The camera cuts from the upper right corner to the one on the bottom left, far closer to Fia than before. With the distance closed, it became more evident what looked âoffâ about her skin. Scars now ran up and down her previously unmarred arms, pale and thin, branching and scattering like fractals. Lightning scars, the purple tint so light itâs easy to miss if youâre not looking closely, shimmering under the harsh lighting with every single pained movement.
Several times, Fia opened her mouth as if to speak, then closed it again. She blinked slowly, still twitching slightly as she reached to drag the sewing box over by her side. Fumbling, she opened the clasp and took out the embroidery she had been working on before yesterdayâs events, running her hands over the light blue thread. The light blue thread that hadnât been in her box before yesterday. She learned to stop questioning it, honestly. She stared down at the fabric, the individual stitches sheâd placed, before picking up the needle once again to continue. Even when the needle poked her hand, she made no indication she was in pain. Each breath was ragged, and she gripped the wooden frame too tight, but she had to ground herself somehow.
[End Log.]
Hm. Fascinating! If I weren't looking so closely, I may very well have missed it!
