[For the 14th] There is a knock on the door, and the sound of feet skittering away. A small box lies in front of the door, within is a stuffed rabbit, noticeably colored with a blue tint similar to Lucina's hair. A note accompanies, "Diligence is a virtue, but remember to care for yourself from time to time."
Loosely grasping the pommel of her sword, Lucina slowly opened the door after the footsteps disappeared down the hall. She frowned at the small box--lacking any indication of a sender--and gently tugged at the ribbon, leaving the box where it was. Remember to care for yourself from time to time. The soft face of a blue rabbit stared back at her, a flush covering Lucina’s cheeks as she quickly gathered the gift and shut the door behind her.
Luxuriously soft, it felt like a dream to touch--but...no one knew about this side of her. Certainly not here, right? A softness she should have left buried in Ylisstol long, long ago. But hugging the animal to her chest, she breathed a sigh of comfort. She’d just have to be careful to hide it during the day.
