Naho Headcanon
When she swam to get reinforcements during the Toa-Dark Hunter War, the island Toa Naho arrived on was Lesovikk's homeland.
Karzahni is near Metru Nui, and Lesovikk's homeland must've been close to Karzahni in order to ship off an entire population at such short notice, ergo..,
The new Turaga of the land is hesitant to put out such a huge call to arms; although the island has been repopulated with new villagers, he is aware of the island's dark history and does not wish the island to draw even more attention to itself; if not from the Toa and Matoran who regard the land with skepticism and resentment, then from those who would seek to punish the island for daring to interfere in the affairs. Why must this burden fall of them? Why not ask another island?
Naho doesn't have time to swim to another island. But here, she convinces the Turaga to put out the call to arms by directly confronting the island's grim past, reminding the Turaga of what their predecessor did. The shame that this island forever carries in its heart.
Naho argued that if the island was willing to ship off over 100 innocent Matoran, then its penance must be to redeem itself by summoning 100 Toa to save the Matoran, even if they are the inhabitants of another land. If this island is to wash away its painful legacy, then it should do so by saving another.
