Courtyard: The main festival area.

Garden: The quiet retreat.

🐸 - hand somebody a frog. Perhaps it has something meaningful to say? Perhaps it wants a kiss? 🐰 - you see a rabbit in a hurry - Grab a friend and follow him!! 🌿 - You and another person are stuck in the hedge maze. 🍁 - enjoy the Liminal Castle’s carefully maintained leaf piles. 😘  - Invite somebody to a quiet corner where you won’t be found~. 🏃 - steal something. Food? Clothing? A kiss? (specify)

Ballroom: The Party Room. 

💃 - Invite somebody to dance 💜 - Invite somebody to slow dance 🐣 - Invite somebody to do the chicken dance. 🚑 - Invite someone to make a fool of themselves with you on the dance floor. 👠 - Challenge someone to a dance-off. Your status as a mover and shaker is on the line. 😓 - My muse finds yours on the balcony while trying to get some air.

The Dungeon: Win the crown if you succeed.

The frogs wouldn’t be enough to make himself clear to this cackling imbecile, and the raucous laughter riled him far more than he cared to admit. His sensible side told him to simply walk away, keep his honor in tact - being pelted with frogs really didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things - but was currently drowned out by a vision of red. And a desire for blood.

The personification of blind fury.

Berkut threw down the frog he had in his hand and quickly closed the distance between himself and his assailant. A tiny, disheveled man - what pride would there be in beating up such a coward? That, of course, didn’t matter, and Berkut snagged him by his collar.

“I didn’t quite hear you. Care to repeat yourself?”

Gaius smiled up easily at the man, even though his legs were now dangling a fair bit above the ground. 

“Ooooooh, I’m sooo scared!~” he snickered rudely. “Calm down there, Chachi. It was a joke. You noble cads ever heard of one before, or do you just run around sniffing each other’s dirty asses all day, talking about how it ‘smells richly of caviar’!~” He put on his douchiest “rich guy” accent just to further sell his mockery, and laughed again in Berket’s face.

There was so much to see, so much to do, and the whole of it had him absolutely brimming with excitement. And yet… when Mitama spoke up, the better part of all other stuff to see and do that faded into the background. Ewan glanced from Mitama to the dance floor and then back, beaming his brightest.

“Aye, so it is! And so am I, in truth! But… it would seem the celebrations appear to call for dance…”

And he was not about to wait until he lost his nerve, he decided there and then.

“So if it’s not too bold, Mitama-!” He offered a hand, palm up, and a fond smile. “… In the spirit of the festival: may I have this dance?”

Dancing. Dancing was not one of her strong suits. Certainly not something she had partaken in often. And, well. Pious priestesses were pious. Still, looking at the others gliding across the dance floor...it looked like fun.

Her eyes flickered over to Ewan’s offered hand and she hesitated, just a moment, before her hand took his. “You are always too bold.” She joked, gaze moving now to his face. She smiled back. “But yes. You may.”

🔫 Setsuna smiled innocently, holding up the darts for the ninja to take. "Saizo." She drawled, giving the darts a small shake. "You've been spending so much time being a father lately, I'm amazed you've had time for other things. I'm sure your aim is as good as ever, right?" Yes, that was a smile of pure innocence.

“A father?” Saizo said, pulling up his mask to hide his face and how the jab made his mouth twist out of shape. If it was to do with his time in the deeprealms, it was none of Setsuna’s concern.

“You!” Camilla called, hearing footsteps, “Yes, you! Come here...”

One hand was splayed against the wall, glove off, and her fingertips dug into the dips between the stone. She’d brushed the hair away from her usually hidden eye, but she still turned her head left and right, trying to listen.

Say’ri took the glass with a polite dip of the head and smiled. Seeing Setsuna was always a lovely moment, no matter the place or time, and the party had already been quite fun.
