General Fraldarius glanced between Dana and Ferdinand, then fully turned his attention back to Ferdinand, looking strangely concerned. “So, what’s your problem today?” His words were rude, but Ferdinand couldn’t help but feel strangely touched. The General rarely spoke to him, mostly allowing Ferdinand to do the talking when they were together, so asking Ferdinand a direct question pertaining to his health gave him a bit of encouragement.

It's the Ferdinand/Felix story I never knew I needed to write lmao

It’s been way too long since I’ve managed to find the time and energy to write. And I certainly wrote my ass off on this one. Almost 6.5k words for just chapter 1!!

It’s a Ferdinand/Felix fic called Never Cage a Winter Wolf, and it’s based on the Chinese web novel After the Disabled God of War Became My Concubine. As you can imagine it’s a bit fucked up lmao
