I mean she could probably (like she did with harry) create a bubble within someone and then keep expanding it until it explodes. And i always thought that people who could create shields could also invert them and trap people inside them. She wouldn't be able to hold it for long but just long enough, maybe?

That’s an interesting take. I think that the expanding it would be difficult because she manipulates the air. A healthy person would have mostly fluid in their body, so the only place where she could feasibly do that would be the lungs. From what we’ve seen, she is able to make large, powerful shields, so it would go to show that she could potentially make a shield with the air inside the lungs to mimic that first scenario.
About inverting shields to trap others: she definitely can do that. We see her use it to push Purifiers into walls when they are saving John in season two. If she had rounded the shields out on the edges, there is no doubt that she could have held them against the wall. Considering the way that the air is being manipulated, the air would act as a wall and not let air in or out, meaning that suffocation is a possibility.
But these are just my thoughts, let me know if anyone agrees/disagrees!
