-ginny is in love with sunday mornings
-sunday mornings are when luna has her day off
-and she stays in bed with ginny past nine
-just cuddling and talking about random shit
-luna will tell her in that beautiful, dreamy voice all about the things she finds as a magizoologist
-and ginny can’t help at giggle sometimes because luna sounds so precious
-so alive
-and ginny hates giggling, but luna makes her so happy
-a lot of the time luna will make sure to ask ginny what she’s up to first
-just because she’s precious
-and sometimes ginny has the oddest idea that luna actually… wants to know about her job
-most of ginny’s answers turn into rants
-and she gets agitated
-but luna will reach up with a gentle hand to cup her cheek and kiss her softly to calm her down
-it’s one of the best things to happen during their sunday mornings
-some sunday’s they’ll get out of bed at nine-thirty and make breakfast
-and it’s the best feeling in the world for them both, being able to wrap their arms around each other
-as luna hums dreamily
-or ginny laughs as she spills stuff accidentally
-after lunch they curl on the couch or sit in the same chair together with luna on ginny’s lap
-or vice versa
-and they just sit there, enjoying being so close
-at some point, ginny turns on the tv or the radio because she hates being in silence for too long
-and luna gets her nature books out
-and ginny gets out a fiction book
-because who on earth would read a nonfiction one
-they have dinner and after, ginny makes sure to call her mum
-because her mom is batshit crazy when she forgets
-(but molly is secretly the best mum in the history of the world)
-and they go to sleep happy, in each other's’ arms and safe
