Whooo boy I spent way too long on this to the point that I lost all motivation (if you think the last bit looks lazy. that's because it is) but I really wanted to finish it and I'm really glad I did

Donatello comes from a different litter, hence why he’s a little older and of different breed. The other three don’t care though - they were raised together (before AND after mutation) and love their adopted brother. Donnie is the team’s leader with a bit of an older sibling complex and can be a little overprotective - but, considering the troubles these boys get into, it can be a good thing sometimes. He’s as much of a nerd as every other iteration of him - has his way with machines and loves sci-fi comics about aliens (and even has one of his own, made in collaboration with Mickey!). Last but not least my Donnie got that tboy swag.

Leonardo - the (former) leader in blue. Despite his good intentions and great skill, he’s a lot more reckless and has a hero complex in my iteration, which has led to many troubles before the group finally decided Donnie suits the role more (though Leo still remains "second in command" if that makes sense and creates most of the team’s plans)

Michelangelo is less of a party dude and more of an artsy dude. He loves to make bracelets and origami, as well as drawing comics and customising his mask. Mickey’s also the heart of the team, always the first one to offer a helping hand to strangers the turtles meet along their way

Start of space arc: Splinter gets kidnapped and the turtles follow the criminals into EPF headquarters. There they find that The Federation captures mutant and aliens for Bishop, in exchange for EPF exclusive technologies. The turtles assume that Splinter’s inside Blanque’s spaceship, and get inside, only to get lost at Dimension X, like in TMNT 2003

Fugitoid backstory: Just like in Mirage, Honeycutt had troubles with finding investors for his invention, until he found Blanque. Zayton was wary of Blanque from the very start - he’s a head of the Federation military, after all - but Blanque lied about his true intentions. He convinced Honeycutt that the teleportation device will be used to minimise casualties at the frontlines by transporting wounded soldiers to hospitals in mere seconds. That was an idea Zayton could sympathise with - as long as the device would be mass produced to make it fair for everyone and not just The Federation...but, of course, Blanque would never do that. And, by the time Zayton learned about what general will do with his tech - it was already too late and the device was already finished. And so, the night before Blanque’s arrival, filled with grief over the lost potential of teleportal, Honeycutt fled - taking parts out of the teleport (sometimes even the littlest details missing can ruin the functionality of the device you know), hiding them inside his robot’s body (SAL was created as a perfect assistant and has a compartment functioning as a built in pocket) and taking his other invention, metawave helmet with him. Soon after, in the classic Fugitoid fashion, he gets into a horrible accident along the way, resulting in Zayton’s consciousness being trapped in SAL’s body, and his memory being temporarily screwed due to the shock from being electrocuted and witnessing his own dead body. Blanque finds out about what happened to Zayton - and so do his subordinates. One of them betrays general and sells the knowledge of Fugitoid to their opponents triceratons. Some of the others, however, don’t want the general to start a war - and team up with triceratons who feel the same way.

Turtle team up: Meanwhile, Fugitoid’s now on the run, wanted by both Federation and Republic. One of the soldiers directly asks how to repair the teleportal device and turn it on, to which Honeycutt replies that he doesn’t know - and he REALLY doesn’t, like I mentioned before, he’s partially amnesiac right now - but, of course, the soldier doesn’t know that. And, just as he about to torture the answer out of Fugitoid, the professor gets rescued by the turtles. Honeycutt, in turn, brings his new friends to his old apartment - a little safe space where they can properly introduce each other, eat some leftover food, and discuss some plans. After a little talk, they decide to help Honeycutt recollect his memories - so he could repair the teleport and (hopefully) return the brothers home. Though, throughout their adventure, the turtles constantly question their new ally - numerous news suggest that Fugitoid’s wanted for murder of someone named Zayton Honeycutt, but Fugitoid swears that he wouldn’t hurt a fly…but, the closer the team gets to the truth, the more they doubt each other - and, in Honeycutt’s case - themselves. Eventually they make their way to Zayton’s lab, and meet his old pal Varlesh, who was scared he was never going to see his friend again. Honeycutt wonders why, until him and turtles catch a glimpse of Zayton’s dead body.

Space arc (part one) ending episode: Horrified and confused, Fugitoid runs away, but gets followed by Leonardo, in his pursue of taking the criminal robot to justice. As soon as Honeycutt calms down a little, he explains himself, saying that he really IS innocent, and the key to turning on the teleport was always inside SAL’s body. Zayton takes the missing parts out, and asks Leo for help in destroying the teleportal - and every single part of it - once and for all. Now, with both Federation and Republic on their tail - turning the device on is not worth the risk. Leonardo refuses, saying how he needs to get home to his dad as fast as possible. The two argue, and Leo ends up trapping Fugitoid in one of the lab’s rooms and stealing the details. He then tells his brothers how they should have never trusted Fugitoid, and convinces Donatello to repair the teleport. The two jump head first…into the triceratons mothership (because that’s where the Federation wanted to ambush them from once they get the device). Thankfully, the turtles are rescued by their unexpected allies on triceratons and federation side.

Back in the lab, before the rest of the turtles could follow their leader, Varlesh stops them, saying that Honeycutt needs their help. The three of them find Blanque holding Fugitoid hostage - but, fortunately, before anyone could get hurt, Leo and Donnie return with the resistance. The generals of both Federation and Republic are brought to justice for their crimes (yes, I will introduce something similar to IDW’s trial on Krang storyline later on, along with adding utroms to my iteration!), Honeycutt gets mental help and financial support, the turtles return to Earth, and all is well!…except it’s not. Despite his good intentions, Leonardo put himself and his brothers in danger, and that’s something they won’t forget any time soon - in fact, from this moments, they only see Leo as their brother and not their leader. If I were a TMNT writer I would want to show that even the good guys make bad decisions sometimes - and deserve to be forgiven! - but there’s always consequences for one’s actions.

Trivia

• His personality is similar to that of a Mirage Honeycutt, with him being perpetually tired and gloomy - even grumpy at times - but still very kind and sympathetic towards friends and strangers alike.

• Even while his memory was temporarily screwed, he always had a feeling of alienation and distress, like he’s not supposed to be in this body. Like he wasn’t always a robot. Unfortunately, he just can’t seem to remember what happened to him, and thus can’t (yet) prove to the turtles, that he was a real person…which just leads to even more identity crisis than Honeycutt usually experiences

• Him and Varlesh didn’t meet on the spot - in my iteration they were friends for at least three years prior to the Fugitoid accident and have known each other very well.

• I don’t have this whole mantodeom thing figured out yet - in fact, I kinda made it on the spot - but I like to think that Zayton is considered underweight (due to stress probably) and shorter than average

• kind of a slob he has the messy kind of depression going on
