“@christinafjaere with @make_repost ・・・ 98% of you said you wanted this posted on my feed, I guess a lot of you like challenges and playful training!🙋🏻‍♀️😍👏🏼 @clind guided me through all sorts of fun (and difficult!) training, and I gave her a challenge or two as well😁 Tag someone playful and try it out💪🏼💪🏼 —————————————————————— 1️⃣ 3 rounds of: -5 exsplosive (!) trap bar deadlifts (We did 70kg) -prowler 30m -5 devils press (We did 8 and 10lg) 2 min breaks in between 2️⃣ 3 rounds (plus a few fails😂) Start like I did if you can or standing. Jump over the obstacles and on to the box, then over to 3 rounds of 3 sec battle rope, 3 burpees. 4️⃣ This one is also great practise if you can’t do the starting movement on curcuit 3 yet! 😍 Grab a friend and a ball and try it out 😁 We didn’t do sets of these, just practised until we were able to do them in sync👯‍♂️ 5️⃣ We used a 2kg ball. Start in plank position with the ball in 1 hand. Switch the ball between hands.. 🤣🙌🏼 I failed a couple times before I got this hehe! 6️⃣ Get down and up again without using your hands 😁 ——————————————————————— Have some fun alone or with friends at the gym!
