Hi. First, Iād love to say that I love your IF. Itās honestly one of my favorites, and Iām only on chapter one! I wanted to say is that I really enjoy the the mentor options, both family and professional. I love the Halloways. I think you did a great job showing us struggling parents who donāt always know whatās right for their troubled kid, but are still trying to build that bond without breaking them.
I love our sweet brother....if I could, I would give him all the money in the world.
And the judges. Oh my god. I love them. They have their own relationships with each other, and I will not be ashamed to say that I ship Chris and Howery. I donāt know, I think theyāre already a lowkey married couple, and they could use all that pentāup energy to make up in a closet instead of yelling at each other. I think Zak and Irene would really appreciate it.
I was reading over your asks and saw one about Chris being a father figure, and I kind of agree. Heās my MCās favorite. I love Harold, but Chris seems like someone who would tell the truth even if it hurts, and with the life our MC came from, I think itās refreshing that they donāt have to read into every little thing with him. They know what he wants from them, even if itās not what the MC wants to do. At least they know.
I donāt know, those are just my thoughts at the moment. Have a good day!
Hi and thank you! I'm really happy the Holloways are resonating with people. I was scared everybody would find them boring to engage with honestly ^^'
The reception of Lewis surprised me too, but I guess for a teenage boy suddenly having to share their home and their parents he's doing really well. Maybe you'll be able to repay him for that kindness... maybe
Feldman and Howery... now there's a pairing I didn't see coming xd
Imagine whatever you like, but while Feldman is a (loveable to some) asshole, Howery is the devil. You'll see more of that in the coming chapter.
Harold once again being pushed away... but I get it. I do think some MC's would gravitate towards Feldman because he's more predictable to them. It's not something he'd ever acknowledge though. He doesn't think himself a good father...
Thanks for sharing! Have a good day too friend <3
