But he realizes now that he can't. He needs her more than the air he breathes, life filling his lungs. She is magic and sunlight and strength immeasurable. And he is hers. For as long as the ages are numbered, and longer still.

the sketch could just be a case of recurring motifs in dalish culture’s folklore, and a way for the da writers to hint to us what’s in store for the narrative. the reason i feel it’s suspicious is because it’s hinted to us in da:i that solas and ghilan’nain had some sort of relationship, and she is going to be a likely antagonist in da4 if we’re going by the horror of hormak... and because of that mention of an arrow in ghilan’nain’s myth. felassan, whose name literally means the slow arrow, is the one who tells us that story of fen’harel’s capture by andruil. why are these four players (solas, felassan, andruil, and ghilan’nain) in two different stories that share the same sketch?
