Makes you smoke cigarettes, not with him, no, he doesn’t smoke, he likes watching you start to inhale but stop and cough out everything you just consumed, if you didn’t behave well during this he puts it out on your collar bone before letting you scamper off to your room to cry

The floorboards of the abandoned house groan under Feitan’s weight as he enters the “bedroom”. The house is a skeleton of its former self, drafty and rotting, with peeling wallpaper that looks like dead skin. Outside, the winter wind howls through the cracked windowpanes, slicing through the thin clothes he provided

You’re huddled in the corner of the room, farthest away from the window, your knees pulled to your chest, shivering violently. The pile of heavy wool blankets he’d allowed you yesterday is gone, dragged away by him an hour ago after you dared to snap that it was "freezing" and "miserable" in this prison

"Cold?" Feitan says, his voice is cold as you but his eyes give away the smile he’s got hidden under his cloak

You don't look up, your jaw locked tight to keep your teeth from clicking, You hear his boots on the floor, slow and deliberate, he normally silent, he wants you to hear, he walks until he is standing directly over you, He doesn't look angry anymore; he looks satisfied, as least as satisfied as a man like Feitan can get

"I take blankets to teach lesson" he murmurs, reaching down to grab your arm, His grip hurts a bit but he could do worse, pulling you effortlessly to your feet "no fun to torment if dead”

He drags you toward the sagging bed in the center of the room, He sits back against the headboard, his dark coat rustling, and gestures to the narrow space between his legs "Sit"

You hesitate, the cold air biting at your skin, and his eyes narrow into slits "Now, or do you want me to open the window more"

Terrified of the worsening chill and the threat of worse, you climb onto the bed, Feitan doesn't wait for you to settle; he pulls you back against his chest with a sudden, forceful jerk. His arms wrap around your torso, locking your elbows to your ribs, it’s not comfortable, barley bearable if not for the need of his body heat, something you wouldn’t of thought he had until now, He is surprisingly warm

You try to shift, but his grip only tightens, his fingers digging into your skin

"Don’t move" he hisses into your ear, his breath equally as warm as him "you move then you stay cold"
