Normally I’m able to be positive and optimistic about my life, even if it isn’t always easy. But today I’m angry and sad and pissed off. I want to scream. I got 2 hours of sleep last night; TWO HOURS to sleep off yesterday’s seizures before today’s began. I’ve had three days in a row of feeling rotten. I don’t know how to explain how bloody exhausting it is trying to just live my goddam life whilst fighting my shitty body every step of the way. It’s exhausting facing so much suffering every second of every minute of every hour of every day. Feeling poorly and frustrated. I’m down and out with the flu 🤧 and have been since Friday afternoon, and it’s sucks... being poorly with the flu is bad enough, but I’ve got it on top of my daily symptoms and illness, many of which are exacerbated. My pain in particular is so bad that I’m really struggling. I’m especially to still be ill today disappointed because I’d arranged to go out with @lucyfishleigh95 today but had to cancel 😢 but because she’s an angel she’s coming to hang out at mine this afternoon and watch movies 😁💕 so that’ll cheer me up! I’m very lucky to have such good mates! Big shout out to my lovely carers who’ve been looking after me; it’s hard because all I can do with this virus is stick it out tbh. Yesterday one of the girls sat with me and gave me a cwtch whilst I was in really bad pain and I had a good cry ❤️ and another carer gave me a big hug when I saw him, and another helped me get my food shopping and put it all away. It’s also actually helping because the carers who’ve been in know me well enough to know when I’m fibbing about feeling poorly. When they ask how I am and I say I’m fine, it actually helps to have someone say “no, you’re not” so I can acknowledge it and just admit I feel shit. I’ve been a bit non existent on here today. I’m not feeling great. So After playgroup I watched some Netflix and tried to order a grocery shop. I’m going to finish it when everyone is in bed. Rainy day cuddles today. We aren’t feeling very well since our return from travelling. Cramps, heartburn, chest pains, and today we have a migraine.
