Every so often I like to stop and think about a certain OC of mine (Jessica Minami my beloved <3)
And i think, like... she’s so trusting of others, which comes from how overprotective her big sister (Lyla Minami) was...she was always told that other people could be dangerous but never really learned it so she’s just...trusting and friendly with everyone she meets, that makes sense.
But one thing about her is just how...loving she is. Girl falls for people at the drop of a hat and it’s every bit intense as the word ‘love’ suggests it is- and it’s not a short term crush either! If she’s spending time around someone on a regular basis, then...she loves them! Wholeheartedly. She cares for them and wants to be closer with them... (of course, she generally doesn’t make any romantic moves, because she ends up falling for everyone around her- how can she possibly choose? Besides, she loves them and wants them to be happy, so why should they settle for her of all people? Shes’ nothing special..! )
But therein lies the question: Why is she like that?
I think about it alot, i try to find some reason that she was like that- something that caused her to develop in that way. Maybe some kind of event that made her be overbearing, or overly dependant on others- but...at the end of the day, there’s nothing like that.
And Every Single Time, I have to relent and come to the conclusion that... it’s just who she is!
She’s someone who loves freely and wholeheartedly, a person who lives for love and wishes for happiness of everyone around her. An Upbeat, friendly with purpose kind of girl. That’s the kind of person she is. And really, that’s super amazing.
But, to her, she’s nothing special~
