We are more alive when the emotions move through us. Emotions need nothing but healthy expression. If, like me, no one taught you how to do that growing up, it will require practice, and noticing. We must notice whatโs happening in the body to identify each emotion. Notice the location(s) of it, how it impacts your breathing, its weight, texture, colour, size, and how it moves. Each emotion has a voice, which can be words, or perhaps just sound, or even silence.
