Hit a plateau at 220 and have been hovering in the 218-221 range.
I try not to get too hung up on the number and tbh, taking a minute to get to 230 isn't the worst thing in the world because my short ass body needed a second to get used to the sudden extra weight I put on in the past few months. Here's to hoping I can hit 230 during the summer!
