Hi! First, I love your blog!
Second, I have two related questions:
1. Does evolution affect a pokemon's lifespan?
2. What is the typical life expectancy of Ivysaur? I've had mine for 22 years. He's generally in excellent health, but I've noticed lately that he's had less energy, and I was wondering if he could just be getting old.
Thank you!
1). Sometimes evolution can affect lifespan. Feebas live around 20-25 years but if they evolve into Milotic, that lifespan extends to 90-100 years
2). Grass types tend to live a lot longer than other pokemon. If they're tended to properly, the entire Venasaur line can live up to 100-150 years! If he's sluggish right now, it could just be that he's sick. I'd suggest taking him to a pokemon center.

RIDDLE ME THIS POKEFANS
What do
Eevee, Sliggoo, Feebas and Charjabug have in common
0349 - Feebas
The Fish Pokemon
Water
2' - Around the height of an Alligator.
16.3 lbs - Around the weight of a Badger.
From the Hoenn region.
Equally male and female species.
Evolves into Milotic (0350)
Can only evolve with a Prism Scale or if Feebas becomes beautiful enough.
Info:
Feebas's fins and body are ragged and tattered and shoddy looking from the beginning of its life.
Because of Feebas's appearance, it is largely ignored by researchers and Trainers, though there are some researchers who are amazed by Feebas's hardiness and Trainers that love to collect only Feebas.
Feebas are hardy, capable of living in seas and rivers that are choked with weeds, and they can eat nearly anything, so their population grows exponentially.
Feebas are very slow and dimwitted, so they are easy to catch.
Predators do not eat Feebas as they look like they taste horrible.
