If you've made art with the references from this site, be it studies, sketches, or fully finished pieces, I want to feature it on the website.
Here's how this works:
Inclusion is by submission only. No scraping here, y'all.
The page explicitly states that the copyright permissions are different for these images than the rest of the site. The artists retain all rights and ownership, and any reproduction/use requires artists permission.
To have your art featured, please email animalphotorefs@gmail or send a chat/ask. Please include these things in your message:
A file/image of your piece!
The way you'd like to have the piece attributed (realworld name, pseudonym, and tumblr handle are all OK)
A portfolio/webpage/art store etc to link out to. A link to a tumblr or other social media post works too.
A title for your piece (if not included, I will label it untitled)
A quick line that says basically "hey I give you permission to put this thing I own copyright for on the art gallery page".
It would be great if your submission were signed/watermarked, but I recognize that's an executive function barrier. It's fine without if that's comfy, or I can add something quickly for you.
There's a thing occurring this week where it would be very valuable to have the gallery page more fleshed out! If you're interested in having your art featured on the site, this would a great time to poke me about it.
