I find myself in tears when I think of Breonna Taylor. I did not know her personally but her death felt personal. How do I deal with this loss?

Why do people feel that it is necessary to share these types of videos?

How do I avoid watching these videos? I can’t see anymore violence against Black people.

I am having a hard time watching all the videos of Black ppl being murdered. I take breaks from my phone but my breaks never seem long enough

I have a diverse group of friends and we sometimes disagree with what is “right” and what is “wrong” when it comes to the over policing of Black people. Is it wrong to take a break from those friends who do not believe the same things that I do?

I want to talk about this stuff with my dad but he is not giving me much. I don’t know how to share my experience with him and learn more about his life

How do I start conversations with my friends? We often keep our conversations light but I know it has to affect them. We are all Black women/men functioning in this world
