Pillowing his head on his arm, he let his gaze linger on the paint-splotched ceiling just for a few more minutes before letting it drift over to his sister across the room. “Do you think like... people throw it up there? Why would they? That’s such a waste of paint...” 

When it was obvious he wasn’t going to receive a response he frowned, free hand patting the table for his pencil until he can wrap his fingers around it and toss it across the room, the thing bouncing right off the back of his sister’s head. 

She wasn’t quite sure how she even managed to fall asleep in the middle of the art room. The meeting was cancelled, but since she had painting for last period, she decided to stick around a little longer after school hours had ended. Perhaps it was the two hours of sleep Marcella had only managed to have after staying up all night studying for a geometry test. Yeah, that must have been the reason alright.

With half lidded eyes, she sat up in her chair, arms coming off the desk in front of her as she began to turn her head, not even sure if she remembered where she was exactly. The question she left unanswered for a moment or two in order to rub her eyes, trying her best to rid of the sleepiness that was still evident in them. Instead, all she could do was nod. Maybe ice cream would help her stay awake.

Star forgot one of her notebooks in the art room during the last meeting. It wasn’t really that important she was just going to pick it up the next meeting. But unfortunately that meeting was canceled so she forgot about it. It wasn’t until a couple hours after school that she remembered about it. She figured that she might as well go pick it up before forgetting it again.

It was a question she definitely wasn’t expecting her head tilting to the side as a rather confused expression took over her features. Where would they even bake a cake? And wasn’t she just asking if her brother was around? Marcella’s lips pressed together, forming a thin line as she took a step back to turn her body halfway around, looking at her empty brother’s dorm room as if anyone was around to tell her what to do. After creating a somewhat awkward situation, Marcella turned back around to face the older female, taking a step to the side to hide her body some more, and gave a timid nod. “…Red velvet cake, maybe?
