Within the jurisdiction of Tenpei, a certain unorthodox detective takes a step back from the front lines to focus on family matters. While her days of running around town are momentarily behind her she still has her ear to the streets and is happy to lend a hand, or intelligence, to any situation. While her methods are unique whenever a case calls for her she will come to lend a helping hand.

DELIGHTED to get to put Ros in this au omg im still SO happy you let me play on the template!! FBCI Roswell handles cases of extreme sensitivity, and it weighs pretty heavy, but he gets to see the impact he makes by helping people and it gets him through the worst of it. Getting the "looking back at older art and seeing everywhere I couldve done this better" reaction looking at my piece so I need to redo the art for it one day but today is not that day LMAO ...Or maybe I'll see about putting some money in one of yalls' hands for a commission on this template? <33 ==

THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF CHIMERAL INVESTIGATIONS, commissioned to handle all Chimeral activity occurring above a certain grade -- violent harm to persons or loss of life.

Within the jurisdiction of Tenpei, it often falls on one Det. Young to handle the most sensitive cases of Chimeral activity involving children, the elderly, and certain heinous crimes.

By their nature, FBCI SVU cases are extremely heavy, but Roswell Young is good at what he does and handles it with grace, rising through the ranks and making a name for himself for his capability. He could probably use a therapist, but in the meantime, abstract works on a canvas suffice to get the worst of it out of his head. --

I like to SAY I've been working on this but the pace is wild slow LOL

Mainly because I've taken a huge break from it to complete something else, and now coming back to it I feel more than ever like I need to work on improving on just drawing in general HAHA (plus!! I've been opening !!real physical books!! lately and seeing how people actually /do/ comics has been changing my brain chemistry)

another hyper wip that I'm not actively working on (but this is absolutely a reminder to myself to DO NOT FORGET YOU WANT TO DO THIS!) is a synthv cover + animatic

the lyrics are done, but i'm thinking of re-tuning the singing since V2 of the voicebank I'm using was released :3

It was a long weekend earlier this week, so I ended up working on a number of things! By far what I'm most happy about is this detdr comic page.

I've also been working on a neocities site! It's still very barebones right now and nothing is clickable LOL but I was really happy to find I can do quite a bit of fun stuff on it. And thank fuck for that, because carrd never managed to click with me.

I'm still debating if I want to put everything up as separate sites or one big one, I've never built out a website before so the logistics and backend side of it is something I'm still grasping straws at HAHA. This'll definitely be a Big Project :tm: that I think will definitely be several weeks in the making yet.

And finally, just last night I was putting together a cover for sth I'm supposed to have all compiled formatted by the end of the month (i have not started yet- coughs)

that said, i have actually not been having a great day today :') I was out running errands that kept going wrong, and then fell for a phishing scam... but I do have these little guys to show. stay safe out there and I hope this can cheer you up, whoever and wherever you are!
