Haha, I’ve been told by others (well, one other) that I’m at least marginally funny.

Sometimes I got through my own posts too, that’s mostly why I have a “Random Musing" link on the sidebar.

8. If you could switch places with (insert name) for a day, what would you do?

Hmm. I think I’d want to trade places with a high-level diplomat. Just to see what it’s like. I’d say the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but he’s a @#$!. So either Foreign Secretary Hague, or Secretary Kerry.

9. What was your childhood “security blanket” ?

I’d say my Granny. She was the first person I ever knew outside of my parents. I used to stay weekends with her after Granddad died, mostly to keep her company, and partly because it was good stress relief to get out of my house on occasion. I miss her everyday.

25. What’s the last thing you ate?

Chinese food

29. Choose one thing on your fridge and tell the story behind it.

Hahaha, none of the crap on my fridge is mine. There’s a picture of some family friends (including this gem), but that’s only because they’re practically related.

Ha, I don’t have favourites :P

12. Most rebellious thing you have ever done?

On a trip to Europe in grade 11, I accidentally shoplifted. Twice. :P I was mortified. Then laughed because one was from Mont St Michel, and I made a mental joke about the opulence of the papacy.

20. What would you say if Taylor Swift asked you out?

I think we’d have a lark! She’s not my romantic/sexual type, but I think we could be pretty good friends :) Same with Jennifer Lawrence :D

17. If you’re in your room, look at the first photo you see. What’s the story behind it?

It’s a collage I made of my family, most prominently my Grandparents. It’s a focal point on a blank wall of my room. The only other thing on the wall is a picture of HM The Queen and HRH the Duke of Edinburgh, but the Family collage is at my eye level, so I see it most prominently.

23. Should you be doing homework right now? What subject?

Not homework per se, but I should be lesson planning for my grade 7 and 9 social studies classes after Spring Break.

30. What’s the last thing you bought?

LOTR: War in the North (PS3). It was an impulse/sale purchase from work.

Eavesdropping in my first year of University, in the lounge at St Joseph’s College, on two quite hilarious girls who would become two of my closest friends: My “heterosexual life partner”, and the older sister I never had.
