1st day of tmntember: favorite turtle! (Mikey!)

I love all four Turtles, they're all great characters in their own right and work well as a group, but if I had to rank them, my ranking in the past would have looked like this:

Leonardo

Raphael

Donatello

Michelangelo

However, as I grew up the line between Leo and Raph started blurring and at this point I'm not sure which one of the two is my favorite anymore haha.

Btw, while I like the characterization in the 2003 series the most and it's the first iteration that comes to mind when I think of the Ninja Turtles, this is still true for basically every old iteration, up until the 2012 TV series and IDW comics. I didn't really like the Bayverse iteration much so idk. Rise was only okay to me, the characterization was different and I wasn't a huge fan of it (just that I didn't find any of those Turtles particularly relatable or likeable; idk which one was my favorite... could still be Leo for the fun factor?). I didn't really like Mutant Mayhem so I never even tried TotTMNT, it's hard to say - Raph might have been my favorite in that movie but I honestly can't remember very well.

Anyways, yeah, generally speaking I like Raph a lot, he's cool. Thanks for the ask!

TMNTember, Day 1: Favorite Turtle

I actually had SUCH a hard time picking. I also really wanted to draw him glowing but decided to go classic. A big secret about me is I'm a huge Leonardo girlie. This first prompt was such a 3 way tie for me between 87, rise, and 03 Leo but I picked 03 Leo ultimately. His emo era is so iconic.

I wanted to draw Leo with eyes! I'm still watching the final season of 03 and while the eyes are jarring I do like that Leo has what seems to be green to bluish green eyes!

So next in line from the favorite cartoon version is 2003 tmnt. Without more annoying text, here is the same question...

I love all the turtles but, 90% of the time Leo is my favorite.
