For what seems like the billionth time since the start of the day , Sonic adjusts the hat on his head to fit between his ears and not onto the shell of one of them . He wasn't one for making sure he's always presentable , but if it means making Amy's special day any better , then he will gladly look more than his usual best . He'll find a way to get back at her for this role later , though , because he's certain a layer of irony played into choosing ‘ ship's captain ’ for Sonic the Hedgehog . Sonic who would rather fight a bunch of killer robots than spend any second on a ship in the middle of the sea , let alone be a part of its crew .
But then a certain robot passes by the chair where the hedgehog lounges , and it makes Sonic reconsider the culprit behind the roleplay ideas he was pranked with , given the way Amy & Scion had most likely planned this whole trip together . As he turns around to bring it up or simply comment on the mime fit ( he has yet to decide ) , he finds golden visor fixated with unusual intensity , and finds the mechanical arms of their host train on the end of visor's line of vision . The robotic hand & its eye were a bit unsettling , he couldn't deny it , but it wasn't doing anything wrong .
Hooking an elbow over the chair's head , Sonic taps a couple times on chromic forearm to draw robot's attention . “ Someone's tense today , you feeling alright ? ”
