What I wouldn't do
To just eat and eat and eat and not care about how many calories I am taking in. Ever since Chris bought that scale, I check my weight every day, and log what food I had on dailyplate. I try to give myself one day a week to pig out, but even then I am paranoid about what I am taking in. The struggles of trying to lose weight. All I want to do is eat brownies, cheesecake, and various fried foods.
