Have you [Prophet] not considered how God sends water down from the sky
and that We produce with it fruits of varied colors;
that there are in the mountains layers of white and red of various hues, and jet black;
that there are various colors among human beings, wild animals, and livestock too?
It is those of His servants who have knowledge who stand in true awe of God.
Surah Fatir: 27/28
No soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another. And if a sin-burdened soul cries for help with its burden, none of it will be carried—even by a close relative (35:18).

THE BAD QURAN, PT 34: SURAH 35
7/45 (~16%) of this surah was bad, though its real crime was being extremely boring.
First up: we’ve got some typical kuffar hell counter hits. 35:7 is a basic “Those who disbelieve, theirs will be an awful doom” ayah (though it doubles as a good-Muslims-go-to-jannah line! A rare good-bad ayah). 35:36 is spicier and tells us that disbelievers will be thrown in the fires of hell, where they will be tortured but cannot die. They will beg Allah for mercy, but it will be denied to them due to their past disbelief, according to 35:37.
Allah hates the disbelievers, 35:39 tells us (which is not necessary, frankly!), as they are wrongdoers (35:40). Confusingly, we are told in 35:8 that Allah himself sends people astray into disbelief, so... tbh, this seems like a case of a self-destructive person who creates their own problems, Allah.
Finally, we have a brief mention of Allah’s Genocide Tour in 35:26, in which he violently seizes people who denied prophets.
Eh.
SPECIAL BONUS SECTION: HALL OF SHAME!
The following ayat condemn disbelievers to hell and pinged our kuffar hell counter. They will be copied and pasted word-for-word. Enjoy… the doom!
Those who disbelieve, theirs will be an awful doom
as for those who disbelieve, for them is fire of hell; it taketh not complete effect upon them so that they can die, nor is its torment lightened for them. Thus We punish every ingrate. And they cry for help there, (saying): Our Lord! Release us; we will do right, not (the wrong) that we used to do. Did not We grant you a life long enough for him who reflected to reflect therein? And the warner came unto you. Now taste (the flavour of your deeds), for evil-doers have no helper.
So as I warned y’all, this surah was one of Mohammed’s phone-it-in chapters that contributed absolutely nothing to the Quran as a whole. On the plus side, we only wasted two days on it.
The next surah isn’t much better, but there are at least a couple of new-ish things that I can comment upon there. Look forward to: trying to figure out what Biblical stories Mohammed is talking about! Science as explained by a medical doctor!! And more!!!

THE GOOD QURAN, PT 34: SURAH 35
Surah 35 has two (4%) lonely good ayat. They are both of the usual good-Muslims-will-be-rewarded variety.
35:10:
Whoso desireth power (should know that) all power belongeth to Allah. Unto Him good words ascend, and the pious deed doth He exalt
35:32 is also a good-Muslims-go-to-jannah ayah, at least in part:
of them are some who outstrip (others) through good deeds, by Allah's leave. That is the great favour!
We read 45 ayat for that....... smh.
