Right, so.
In FGO (International) currently there's a Summer event going on, where you can get summer Valkyries with guns and stuff.
In order to get them to full power, you need to grind these annoying ice brick things.
The most efficient mission in the event for ice brick things includes fighting an enemy with a million HP.
That mission will, assuming your team is optimal on CEs and you borrow someone with another CE, optimally give you 80 ice bricks.
It takes 1200 ice bricks to let the summer Valkyries get leveled all the way up.
Optimally, that's about 15 runs. That's about 45 turns assuming you can consistently 3 turn. 60 if you can't. And that's leaving aside you also need ice bricks to upgrade facilities about to get access to additional copies. Each of those facilities needs hundreds more ice bricks to get to a completed state, so that you can get those copies so that you can power up the Valkyrie's NP.
And, maybe it's just me, but I think if you have players calculating out stuff like that, in order to make the grinding process feel less like pulling teeth, you maybe need to go back to the drawing board and rethink some things.
