Full Hot Springs Hinata~

One of the reasons I felt they’d be a good match was cuz they both have sons that resent them not only for the deep realm stuff but their attitudes pretty much. Asugi hates Saizo’s strict regime and Hisame hates Hinata’s laid back style and they both aren’t fans of taking up the family career (Hisame and Asugi both then take opposite paths funny enough with Hisame being a swordsman but dropping it and Asugi not wanting to be a Saizo but taking it up anyway by the end). They also of course have a family line to take up Saizo literally having been named for his duty and Hinata is a retainer partially because his family have been retainers for the Hoshido royal family. They both take to their family line and sons so differently tho which is not only interesting for them but Asugi and Hisame who end up being born into a family where their futures have been decided.

These two probably end up with small arguments about PDA because Hinata would totally want to be all over him and show him off but Saizo would be all “This is not professional we are royal retainers” but secretly love it cuz behinde closed doors their is no one more affectionate than Saizo

I like the idea more of Hinata finding Saizo’s mask and putting it on to prank him for the first time seeing his face than the hot springs but a nervous Saizo trying to hide his face the whole time was also a fun idea so I drew both!

I imagine Saizo might wanna keep that hard ass exterior at the start of the relationship but not be able  to keep it. I mean with Hinata how could you?
