I printed out my manuscript (all 374 pages, thank you local library!) and now I'm ready to do the final edit! It feels crazy to hold so much paper in my hands and know the whole thing is my work. The plan right now is to do a Kickstarter in May, which will act as the pre-order before I do the first printing. I'm working with my artist to do some neat rewards, and soon I'll have a cover to share!
Vartan is the antagonist of Fate's Fire. He's never been interested in living a normal life, but as he’s gotten older he’s started to feel the consequences of his choices. He’s not going on his knees anytime soon, but he is starting to fear for his soul.
I listened to the Amazing Devil for pretty much all the editing process. It's got the perfect feel for Fate's Fire.
Hi! Does your book have multiple POVs or does it follow one character's perspective? Thanks! :)
It follows multiple characters' perspectives! Fate's Fire is written in this person omniscient, but each scene loosely follows one character's POV. Overall I've got about seven POVs in this book.
Conrad is a grumpy, sad boy. And not that I have favorites, but he's my favorite.

I'll be sharing my adventures in editing and self- publishing as I get ready to release my first book. Feel free to ask me anything!
Talya's a walking spoiler, so I'm not going to say much about her. She ruthless, obdurate, and extremely certain of herself. Her scenes always ran too long in the first draft because I have so much fun writing her. She started as a plot device character with one function, and now she's the fulcrum on which the entire plot turns.
Meet the villain! Vartan likes long walks by himself, regretting his past decisions, and willfully continuing to make more regrettable decisions. What a guy!
